Like I said...
I found the boys chasing this little guy this afternoon just a few hours after I posted the butterfly post...this isn't the big one I had mentioned but this guy was just strolling through the driveway and caught the boy's attention RIGHT AWAY!
This won't be the last time I catch them with tarantulas.
Butterfly Mania
Caden has been obsessed with butterflies lately. I think it has something to do with the fact that his class is waiting for some to come out of their cocoons at his school. Every time he sees one he stop what he is doing and tries to catch it. He seriously reminds me of a cat chasing a moth. He jumps, runs, and scurries all over the yard. Last month I caught him in the act and he actually succeeded. Here is "FRED" the butterfly.
He was only part of our family for about 20 minutes and I was able to capture these pictures before he left our humble yard. He's a beautiful creation and I am awed everyday at all the things our Heavenly Father has given us to enjoy.

I have bought Caden and Levi butterfly nets and it is now a daily activity to go on a butterfly hunt. Which I encourage because it keeps them from searching out the tarantula that lives near our tree in the front yard.
Doctor/Dentist Visits
We've done a lot of Dr. visits this month. Our 1st stop was to our Pediatrician. Caden had his 5 year check up and Levi had is 30 month check up.
Next up was the Dentist. Caden's been here before but Levi was a little nervous. He let big brother show his how everything was done first.
Found TWO wiggly teeth!
Levi did great after watching Caden first.
Caden has two cavities that need to be filled...we knew this was coming since a year ago. However we did slow them down with very diligent brushing, flossing and fluoride rinse. I was shocked we made it a whole year. His bottom front teeth are both wiggly. In the x-ray the left sides root was still very long and there is a chance that one will have to be pulled if the adult tooth grows quickly.
Levi has NO cavities but we did find he has tongue trust. That along with sucking his thumb is causing a pretty good overbite...we will see how that turns out. He's still a little young to try to correct the tongue thrust.

Belly pictures... demanded by Ang and Emily
This one was taken Valentine's Day. I was about 19 weeks along
This was only 5 weeks later...and it's not just the belly getting bigger!
The 3rd trimester is starting to slow me down. My energy is used up quickly and if Caden and Levi allow I try to nap every chance I get. I keep waking up a 4 am for no reason and full of energy (go figure), my pelvic bone feels like it's breaking into pieces and the baby thinks my bladder is a hackie-sac...other than that I am well! We will more than likely be induced at 38 weeks due to the fact that these BAIR BOYS seem to grow at a faster rate than most babies. I am already measuring bigger. We will do another ultrasound in a few more weeks to get a more accurate measurement. I haven't become so miserable that I am ready for the pregnancy to be done...YET!
